I can't receive an account statement

This is a common problem of my bank. It just doesn't want to send me account statements, or it does it late. It really annoys me.

Perhaps you should choose a more responsible and reliable bank that monitors the work of its employees. Or you should contact their technical support.

Look, I think this is very strange. I opened a business account on the https://genome.eu/ platform and I never have any problems with account statements and analytics data. I always get them instantly when I need to get the information I need. It is really very convenient, so if you want to use a service that takes care of your customers, then pay attention to this platform.
